It is widely used in class 100,000 to 10 laminar or non-laminar cleanrooms and its applications are in pharmaceutical factory, food and beverage factory, Microelectronics industry, the semiconductor industry, optical laboratory etc.

The filter box can be installed in the T shape ceiling system conveniently (no need other equipments to ) and it can be connected to the air duct (10 or 12 diameter).

The filter box is made of special aluminum frame and once forming aluminum plate interface, the air diffuser is installed inside of the inlet, and the protecting net is installed on outlet to protect the filter. It has the futures of good intensity, low height, light weight and convenient movement and installation.
